Tasting Room is open... FINALLY!

Opening Taplist.

We are a little more than pleased to announce that our tasting room which we affectionately refer to as the "Teeny Tiny Taproom" is NOW OPEN. After a pretty busy soft opening we can assuredly say that our Summer of hard work designing and building this thing was well worth it.

We so many heros we'd like to acknowledge without whom it seems we would have never made it happen. Wayne White did the lionshare of the interior revamp and plowed through it. Our friend Shawn Goldenberger came through in the final weeks and hours with much support that included fencing, various nick-nack building and installation, and some interior set up and adjustments. Windfall Lumber in Olympia came through with some great table tops, a bar top and cladding, and bench seats. Hawk Fowler welded and then re-welded some terrific bench bases for us. David Ringwood for some key last minute bathroom fan adjustments. The Jacob and Lisa and Nineveh for some down to the wire fixes that helped get us all permitted. And of course kudos to our new crew Blake, Fraoigh, and Shanon for rallying in the finals days to get us all set up, cleaned up, and cozy inside.

2017 Summer Switchel Cider Release

This year our Summer Switchel Cider seasonal release is a very special collaboration with our friends at Timber City Ginger Beer. And it's finally starting to hit the streets. Summer can now begin.

Made from a cider base fermented with 100% Northwest grown apples, blended with Apple Cider Vinegar, and a concentrated fresh ginger brew addition from Timber City Ginger Beer. Our Summer Switchel Cider is full flavored, crisp, refreshing, sweet, sour, and spicy.

Introduced to the early colonies from the West Indies, Switchel’s history in America is almost as old as cider’s. WWC Teeny Tiny Tasting Room

So word is out. Last week The Olympian helped us announce our brand new tasting room with a feature article. Work is still underway, permits permitting, and we are still a few weeks out but wanted to quickly but formally announce it ourselves here. Our cozy 14' x 14' cider sanctuary will have 8 taps and is surrounded by 4 delicious food trucks. Nineveh, Akashic, Arepa Latin Street Food, and California Tacos. We welcome folks to bring in food from the great folks around us or anywhere.
